Position Summary:

Be responsible for design and execution of experiments surrounding the development of Pharmacology technology platform including the anaysis of data and interpretation of results. 

Requirements:

Education: Ph.D or M.D. with specialty in pre-clinical inflammation and immune diseases.
Experience: Strong background in the defined categories is critical. Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industrial setting.
Personality: Mature, open and team player.

Essential Functions:

1. interacting with clients to initiate and finalize outline protocols;
2. taking full accountability on precise execution of the signed experimental protocol, submission of intermittent data to clients, resolution of operational schedule conflicts, documentation of modification/revisions to the study protocol, examination of data validity and analysis, interpretation of data, completion of study report, and collation and archive of study related materials according to company's policies and client's requests;
3. leading/mentoring, training, coaching and delegating all direct reports (study coordinators) on project and time management;
4. ensuring adhesion of project timelinse by proactive scheduling with managers of operational laboratories;
5. transferring technical kills and providing scientific literatures required in executing the animal models/procedures to operational staff and ensuring documentation of the transfer and the standard operation procedures;
6. developing and intergrating new models/assays and technology into current evaluation system;
7. being reponsible for contributing to the preparation and submission of invention disclosures, and patent applications, to secure intellectual property;
8. aiding or writing technacal reports or manuscripts to peer-reviewed journal;
9. initiating and managing internal collaborative projects. 

 任职要求:

1. 肿瘤药理学博士以上学历，有工作经验者优先；
2. 有深厚的药理学背景和药物研发经验，有GLP实验室工作经验，熟悉分子细胞学、生物化学等专业知识；
3. 具有肿瘤药理动物模型研究背景者优先；
4. 熟悉生物统计分析原理和相关软件的应用，能够独立完成实验设计和实验报告的撰写；
5. 具有较强的中英文交流能力；
6. 能独立完成项目的领导和组织协调。

 任职要求:

1. 免疫药理学博士以上学历，有工作经验者优先；
2. 有深厚的药理学背景、药物研发经验和GLP实验室工作经验，熟悉分子细胞学、生物化学等专业知识；
3. 具有免疫药理动物模型研究背景者优先；
4. 熟悉生物统计分析原理和相关软件的应用，能够独立完成实验设计和实验报告的撰写；
5. 具有较强的中英文交流能力；
6. 能独立完成项目的领导和组织协调。

 岗位要求：

1. 药物制剂，药物分析相关专业，硕士以上学历，有工作经验者优先；本科学历，需要有两年以上药物研发公司制剂及分析工作经验；
2. 拥有全面的药物制剂学知识，特别是注射剂和口服制剂的制备和分析工作；具有体内炎症、自身免疫性疾病动物模型研究背景者优先；
3. 具有一定的研究能力，针对化合物不同理化性质，探索其合适的剂型用于药物临床前研究；
4. 具备一定的药代动力学知识，能够参加药代动力学研究项目的运行；
3. 具有一定的研究能力，针对化合物不同理化性质，探索其合适的剂型用于药物临床前研究；
5. 掌握HPLC,LC-MS/MS等分析技术，能够熟练运用；
6. 有较强的工作能力，可独立完成项目（方案准备，项目执行和研究报告准备）；
7. 有责任心，踏实，好学，易于沟通。 

工作内容：

-动物外科手术操作；
-动物实验的日常给药；
-及时、准确、清楚地进行试验观察记录；

职位要求： 

-医学或生物类相关专业大专以上学历；
-具有动物外科手术经验；
-熟悉骨外科手术操作者优先；
-良好的英文读写能力；
-具有良好的沟通能力；
-良好的团队合作意识；
-工作细致、踏实。

工作内容：

从事疾病动物模型建立，动物手术、给药和药物药效学评价。

职位要求： 

1.动物医学、药学或相关专业本科学历；
2.熟悉各种动物的抓拿、给药方式，如灌胃、采血、尾静脉注射等，有动物手术经验者优先；
3.熟具有实验数据的收集和分析能力，从事过动物模型建立或有SPF动物房工作经验者优先考虑；
4.较强的技术创新精神和独立工作能力；
5.勤奋好学，工作踏实，能严格遵守标准的操作规范和评价准则。

岗位职责：

1. 负责动物中心相应级别动物的饲养与管理工作；
2. 负责相应级别动物饲养区内的环境卫生的保洁工作；
3. 协助动物中心负责人完成动物设施各项环境指标和动物使用情况的记录与汇总工作；
4. 协助兽医师完成动物健康档案的建立和汇总工作；
5. 监督实验人员严格遵守和执行动物中心各项管理制度和标准操作规范（SOP）。

任职要求： 

1. 实验动物学或相关专业中专以上学历；
2. 能够吃苦耐劳，心细，独立工作能力强；
3. 有责任心和团队合作精神；善于表达，易于沟通和交流；
4. 具有实验犬、SPF级大鼠、小鼠，实验兔饲养与管理工作经验者优先；
5. 掌握实验动物的各种给药技术（尾静脉注射、灌胃等）者优先。
